More on Meyer2Meyer Entertainment
Founded in 2017 by Justin and Melissa Meyer, Meyer2Meyer Entertainment has continually impressed with their experiential marketing events, and immersive dinner/drink parties. Having previously been the creative director of the LA’s Haunted Hayride and the Great Horror Campout, Meyer2Meyer Entertainment now creates their own immersive events that stand among some of our favorites, like The Bite LA, The Bite LA Holiday and House of Spirits. Meyer2Meyer’s character designs are delightfully weird and always unique, and their events generally take the form of sandbox-style parties for the 21+ crowd – including live entertainment, underlying narratives, and impressive creatures.
Some of Meyer2Meyer Entertainment’s large-scale costuming campaigns include San Diego Comic-Con’s What We Do in the Shadows and American Horror Story 1984, and Prime Video’s Carnival Row, The Boys, and The Expanse. Also teaming with Warner Bros., Meyer2Meyer worked on the creative direction, script, costumes, and sets for the Annabelle Creations Live Action/VR Experience, and the Justice League VR Experience. Fleshing out their impressive resume, Meyer2Meyer created immersive red-carpet events and after-parties for the likes of Netflix (Haunting of Hill House, Bird Box, Dumplin’, POMS), Starz (Now Apocalypse), and Cinemax (Warrior).
The Bite LA
2020 saw Meyer2Meyer Entertainment adapting to Covid-safety regulations and creating the detailed and thorough The Bite LA – in both Halloween and Holiday iterations. These family-friendly drive-thru events feature unique live characters, elaborate costume and set designs, creative interactions, and plenty of delicious food. The experiences conclude with a combination of live and pre-recorded entertainment to enjoy while imbibing in your treats.
House of Spirits
House of Spirits is a gothic Halloween soiree in a beautiful Los Angeles mansion. With a full bar, several interactive sections of the house, detailed and impressive live creatures, and a mysterious underlying narrative revolving around a painter and his demons, House of Spirits was a highlight of the 2019 Halloween season.
Rated R – A Horror Speakeasy
This ongoing speakeasy experience welcomes horror fans (21+) to in-person celebrations of monsters and movies. Typically single-night experiences for special events, like holidays, and includes a full bar, movie screenings, and more. Guests can rent costumes on site and interact with live characters to further immerse themselves in the macabre atmosphere.
The Kaleidoscope Experience is a trippy, 420-friendly event for adults, and presented annually around the stoner holiday. Meyer2Meyer Entertainment allows guests to wander an expansive wonderland packed with original psychedelic characters (like the Yeti of Munchie Mountain), chill activities (like an adult-sized pillow fort), and more live entertainment.
