More on Experiential Supply Co
Experiential Supply Co describes themselves as a full service experiential and production house. They are dreamers, artists, builders, designers, creators, curious explorers, creative risk takers, fearless problem solvers, and sometimes janitors (when they have to be). They are anything and everything you need them to be. They believe in hard work, forever being of service, and over delivering.
You likely have attended some of their immersive actions without knowing they were behind it. Below are some of their notable experiences:
Haunt ‘O Ween: 2020 saw Experiential Supply Co adapting to Covid-safety regulations by creating Haunt O’ Ween. This family-friendly drive-thru event featured classic Halloween characters, beautiful set designs, and a beautiful light display. This event returned in 2021 as a walk-through experience where kids and adults alike could Trick-or-Treat in HauntOWeen Town.
WonderLAnd: Continuing their Covid-Safe Drive-Thru experiences, Experiential Supply Co brought us WonderLAnd a drive-thru winter light display.
It Chapter 2: Bringing to life a carnival worthy of Derry, guests were invited to step into the Funhouse as scenes from It Chapter 2 are brought to life before their very eyes. A mirror maze, a Chinese restaurant, and even the caverns below that house massive red balloons, this event was filled with special effects and memorable moments.
Ready Player One: The experiential, hyper-shareable maze was designed for all ages to escape the Real World and explore the OASIS in search of three hidden keys. This choose your own adventure experience gave fans total control to enjoy and interact with: A/V installations, interactive displays, nostalgic gaming stations, live actors, authentic film props, and early access to film content. This was all enhanced by character audio/video, a film-inspired custom music playlist, and a pop-up retail space sponsored by Hot Topic. Over 25,000 guests entered the maze and the activation garnered over 20MM+ impressions.
The Nun: To promote the new terrifying movie, they had 25 veiled nuns walk the streets of San Diego looking to shock the unsuspecting crowd at Comic Con. Over the course of 4 days, The Nuns passed out over 40,000 prayer cards promoting the film
Us at SXSW: They created the official hangout and afterparty for the premiere screening of Jordan Peele’s new film at SXSW. It included a fan-generated art gallery along with entertainment, decor and displays inspired by the film—all of which helped cap off an unforgettable night for the cast, crew, and everyone from Universal and SXSW.
