More on Clown Town
Clown Town gives you exactly what you might expect from its name. Covering one corner of a house at the southern edge of Santa Clarita, Clown Town is a crazy composite of insane clown statues. Most of them appear to be modified from store-bought statues and the theming offers little more than the statues themselves. Only one segment of the ‘town’ moves in any way and that’s the window facing the corner of the yard that comprises the display. If you watch for a few minutes, you’ll see a truly dangerous-looking, face-painted individual trying various different deadly tricks – thanks to a looping video that’s nicely projected onto the window area.
